There are no preset "time in grade" or seniority requirements for advancement.
Mosaic consultants will generally advance according to the following growth path at a pace consistent with their interests and performance.
- Consultant: You will learn Mosaic’s nationally recognized software risk management approaches including Mosaic’s testing and measurement methods. You will support client projects. Promotion to senior consultant requires proficiency in Mosaic’s methodology and demonstrated success on client engagements.
- Senior Consultant: You will assume lead roles in engagements and contribute to the enhancement of Mosaic’s testing and measurement methods. You will help and train new Mosaic consultants. Promotion to managing consultant requires expertise in Mosaic’s methodology, demonstrated success applying the methodology to client projects, and demonstrated success managing client relationships and developing Mosaic staff.
- Managing Consultant: You will assume lead roles in engagements and responsibility for managing and developing account relationships. You will help develop and enhance Mosaic’s methodologies and service offerings. You may also speak at conferences and help develop new client relationships. Promotion to Director requires demonstrated success in developing and managing multiple concurrent customer relationships.
- Director: You will assume practice management responsibilities including profit and loss responsibility. You will will participate in and manage key client engagements.
